Contest Details:

  • The contest in organised by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. (The Company).​
  • The contest period is from 23rd March 2020 until 31st March 2020. Any late submission will be disqualified. The Company reserves a two (2) weeks period for winners selection and announcement on <b>16th April 2020.</b> ​​
  • The competition is open to all Malaysian citizen residing in West Malaysia except employees of Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.​

Contest Mechanic: 

Submission is only via Facebook with the following mechanics: ​

  • Step 1: Like the FB Page: Creative Lab by Niro Granite
  • Step 2: Send via Direct Message (DM) a maximum of 5 photos of your existing bathroom with the reason “why” you deserve a bathroom makeover.​.
  • Step 3: Include the following details:-
    • Name as per IC​
    • IC number​​
    • email address​
    • mobile number​
    • home address​
  • Step 4: Only ONE submission is accepted per participant. .
    • There are total of 11 prizes for this campaign:​
      • 1 x Fully Sponsored Makeover worth RM30,000​
      • 10 x RM3,000 Creative Lab Vouchers each​
    • No purchase is required for contest participation.​
    • All details submitted must be accurate and complete.​
    • Participants will be contacted by outlet designer to visit the nearest Creative Lab outlet based on individual’s location to work out on the design of their bathroom. Please bring along the floor plan or measurement of your bathroom during the appointment with our design consultant​
    • his promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. The information provided are only to the Company and will not be disclosed to external party. The information provided will be governed under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia.​

Winners Selection

  • Selection of winners are judged based on the best designed makeover submission (developed by participants & Creative Lab designers). Winners will be selected by The Company and the decision is final.​
  • The announcement of winners falls on 16th April 2020 and winners will be contacted by The Company via Facebook communication channel and phone call within fourteen (14) days.​
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to an attempted contact within fourteen (14) days, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.​
  • Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on winner’s part to allow the use of winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.​
  • The Company reserve the rights to substitute the prize or product with the same value item.​
  • The Company reserve the rights to change/amend any of the promotion mechanics without prior notice.​

Prize Redemption – Grand Prize Winner ​

  • The prize of BATHROOM MAKEOVER is valid for redemption within three (3) months from the date of announcement.​
  • Winner has to decide and start on the renovation not later than three (3) months from the date of announcement.​
  • Once The Company has confirm and announce the winner for the campaign, there shall be no changes allowed for the bathroom design.​
  • The makeover prize for winner does not include the structural change of bathroom and defects rectification work. However, The Company will bear the cost of hacking of tiles and dismantling of sanitary wares. Any additional cost over and above the stated cost of RM30,000 will not be borne by The Company.
  • In the event of any request from winner to exchange/return for different products, The Company will only attend the request of exchange/return (Maximum 2 times) as long as the total value of the chosen products does not exceed RM30,000.​
  • Winner is allow to select their own tiler OR The Company can recommend the tiler. However, the tiler shall be responsible for any defects or damage and The Company will not be responsible/entertain for any complaints. The winner will liaise directly with the tiler on the renovation timing.​
  • The Company will bear the cost of transportation and unloading costs at site. (maximum 2 trips)​
  • In case of any renovation deposit required by the management office at winner’s residence, the winner will have to liaise directly with their own management office and The Company shall bear no responsibility on deposit requirement.​
  • The bathroom makeover renovation cost sponsored by The Company is inclusive of:​
    • Products - tiles and sanitary ware only​
    • Cost of delivery and unloading at site (maximum 2 trips)​
    • Hacking of tiles and dismantling of sanitary ware ​
    • Installation of tiles and Sanitary ware
    • The Company will only be responsible for the of exchange/return of products so long as the total value of the chosen products does not exceed RM30,000. (maximum 2 times)​
  • The bathroom makeover renovation cost excluded on the list above will be solely bear by the winner.​

Prize Redemption – 10x Creative Lab Vouchers

  • The Creative Lab voucher is valid for redemption within three (3) months from the date of announcement.​
  • Winner can redeem the Creative Lab voucher at any Creative Lab outlets to purchase tiles and/or sanitary ware (based on Creative Lab showroom list price). Winner is required to bear the additional cost if the total purchase exceeded the cash voucher value.​
  • The vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.​
  • Any portion of the voucher value that is not used will be forfeited. No substitutions for cash or any other form of products.​
  • All participants must agree to the Terms and Conditions stated in the contest.​

PDPA: Personal Data Protection Act​

  • By participating in this campaign, I hereby consent that Creative Lab and/or Niro Ceramic Group may collect, obtain, store and process my personal data that I provide in this campaign for the purpose of receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing emails or materials from Creative Lab and/or Niro Ceramic Group. For the avoidance of doubt, Personal Data includes all data defined within the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 including all data you had disclosed to the Company in this campaign.
