Delivery

Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been processed.

Delivery of free samples will be dispatched by Nationwide Express Courier Services Berhad to the Customer’s doorstep without any notification from the Company.

Delivery of ordered Goods will be arranged by call contact with the Customer after two (2) working days of receipt of payment.

Goods ordered, where available, will normally be dispatched within mentioned working days in the chart below, excluding day of order and will only be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer and agreed with the Company. Time for delivery of Goods shall not be of the essence.

Delivery will normally be between Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00pm except Malaysian National Public Holidays and the Company's closures as specified on the Company website.

The Company provides unloading service up to car porch/main entrance (for landed property, ground floor only) and lobby (for condominium, apartment or any high rise buildings). Please ensure assistance is available at the site if the items need to be unloaded at the place other than the car porch and lobby. The Company reserves the right to charge for additional unloading requirements.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused. The Goods may be delivered by the Company in advance of the quoted delivery date.

If the Customer is not at the scheduled delivery site, the driver will not leave the Goods unattended at an address as there must be an authorised person to sign for and accept delivery.

If Goods cannot be delivered due to the Customer's unavailability, they will be returned and the Customer will be liable for both the initial delivery charges and the full re-delivery charges.

No partial delivery is allowed and every single invoice transaction is applicable for one (1) delivery trip.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charge for free samples is at the flat rate of MYR9.60 up to 5 samples within Peninsular Malaysia. Please contact our Customer Services at estore@nirogroup.com or call: +603 5033 9333 from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm for SAMPLES delivery outside Peninsular Malaysia.

For ordered Goods, we provide free delivery to coverage area for purchases MYR1,000.00 nett and above per transaction.

For ordered Goods with the total MYR999.90 and below, there will be delivery charges applied.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery for FREE SAMPLES is usually within three (3) to five (5) working days after payment received.

All Goods will be delivered within the delivery lead time set. Customer can select the delivery date from minimum seven (7) working days up to 90 days from the payment received date, except Malaysian National and all states Public Holidays and the Company's closures as specified on the Company website.

The Company will contact the Customer two (2) days prior to the actual delivery date to confirm on the delivery details.
